Universal Green School proudly celebrated Kannada Rajyotsava with great enthusiasm and pride on November 1st. The day marks the formation of the state of Karnataka and honors its rich culture, language, and heritage.
The celebration was a vibrant tribute to Karnataka’s glorious history — from the valor of kings and the beauty of temples to the grace of Yakshagana and the wisdom of our saints. Students and teachers joined together in cultural performances, songs, and dances that reflected the spirit of Kannada pride.
As the banner says, “ಕನ್ನಡ ನಮ್ಮ ಗುರುತು, ಕನ್ನಡತನ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಕ್ತಿ” — Kannada is our identity, and Kannadatana (our culture) is our strength. Universal Green School stands united in promoting the language, culture, and traditions that make Karnataka truly extraordinary.
