At Universal Green School, we take immense pride in our rich cultural heritage, and Kannada Rajyotsava is a day that fills our hearts with joy and pride. Every year, we come together to honor the formation of Karnataka and celebrate the essence of Kannada language, culture, and traditions.
This year, we celebrated Kannada Rajyotsava with an exciting array of activities, bringing together students, teachers, and staff to commemorate the occasion. Our celebrations included a flag hoisting ceremony, cultural performances, and an exhibition of Karnataka’s heritage through dance, music, and art. The students enthusiastically participated in these activities, showcasing their talent and love for their mother tongue.
The day was filled with vibrant displays of traditional dances, folk music, and dramatic representations of Karnataka’s history, from the grandeur of the Hampi ruins to the royalty of the Wadiyars. A special tribute was paid to the landmarks of Karnataka, including its majestic temples, historical monuments, and the stunning landscapes that make our state unique.
